Friday 2 October is my last day in London. I’ll be moving to Cambridge this weekend to start an English course. It’ll be pretty intense, so I don’t envisage many trips to town during term time.
I realise what a tragedy this will be for all of you. I’m certainly sad to be going. I arrived pretty abruptly onto the tech scene, but was incredibly warmly welcomed. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know a new industry and an awesome community of smart, interesting people. Thank you to those who have helped and supported me.
I’ve also made a number of very close friends in a pretty short space of time. I’ll be pestering them from afar on a regular basis. And I’ll still be writing about and reporting on technology from university, though I’ll have to dial it down a bit, of course.
So… this isn’t “it”. And I’ll be back before you know it.
Unless I get seduced by a PhD.
Well I wouldn’t hold back if they’re beautiful (Boys in the Band and all that) “Unless I get seduced by a PhD.”
I assume that’s what you mean’t – remember it’s a long game
Have fun……..
All the best for the future!

Good luck with Cambridge, Milo. I’m sure you’ll love it.
Good luck Milo. Just make sure you keep that Twitter feed up to date!
Milo when I read your tweet I thought you were probably on your way to SFO – so glad you are not – yet. Cambridge is very close to me let’s catch up soon.
Good luck, always great if there is at least one person who doesn’t write Denglish.
But I count on you October 7 in London…. you must have that confirmation via eventbrite somewhere
Milo, I just got to know you and now I will miss you, who will make me laugh at inappropriate times when I know I should be serious? Do keep us all updated on your goings on. (And yes, once you do the Masters, the PhD is sure to follow…)
